What you will do

• Develop effective resource allocation plans by analyzing project demands and team availability.
• Manage and monitor the use of freelance staff and third-party vendors across various creative and scientific roles.
• Control workflow by monitoring production progress and adjusting resourcing to maintain schedules.
• Lead regular cross-departmental meetings to identify workload overages and re-allocate resources.
• Act as the internal expert for the Agency Management System, supporting planning, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the PMO and Capability heads to lead process improvement initiatives within the agency.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 2-5 years of related industry experience.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills to bridge project management and production.
• Ability to translate vague project details into specific scopes and validate estimates.
• Experience maintaining skills matrices and managing freelance onboarding processes.
