What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Configuration, Data, QA, Product, and Development.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Facilitate team meetings, capture decisions, and manage follow-up actions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver client-facing status updates and meeting materials.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to improve productivity in documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of project management experience in software implementation or benefits technology.
• Foundational knowledge of project delivery methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Practical experience using AI tools and copilots for productivity.
• Willingness to develop domain knowledge in Health & Welfare benefits administration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Health & Welfare benefits platforms (medical, dental, disability, etc.).
• Familiarity with carrier integrations, payroll interfaces, or data migration.
• Exposure to open enrollment or client onboarding projects.
• PMP certification.
