Client Success Project Manager (Media Intelligence)

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, workflows, dependencies, risks, and tactical briefs across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate delivery between Media Insights, Client Success, Monitoring, leadership, and Enterprise clients.
• Forecast capacity, manage resource allocation, identify bottlenecks, and support staffing decisions.
• Track budgets, costs, gross margins, milestones, and quality standards across deliverables.
• Build dashboards and reporting for project status, delivery performance, utilization, and capacity.
• Improve workflows, scalability, turnaround times, and delivery consistency while escalating risks when needed.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, delivery coordination, operations, client services, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management or workflow tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or Wrike.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or tracking mechanisms for project status, capacity, and delivery performance.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, navigate ambiguity, mitigate risks, and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in media intelligence, PR, agencies, analytics, research, SaaS, or client delivery.
• Experience using AI tools, workflow automation, or process optimization to improve efficiency and scalability.
