Director, Product Management, Graphics Platforms

Location: Hybrid remote; can be based in the United States or Canada. The role works across multiple time zones, with significant overlap with Europe and the U.S. East Coast, and requires travel of up to 25% for conferences, team offsites, and customer visits. In-person onboarding or identity verification may be required.

Salary: $180,000–$321,860 annual base salary for U.S.-based roles, with potential additional bonuses, commissions, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop the company-wide graphics strategy and lead the product vision for the Visualization Solution platform.
• Build and maintain roadmaps from product concept through execution, delivery, adoption, and business success.
• Define strategic objectives, key results, and product health KPIs, using data and analytics to guide decisions.
• Lead, scale, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers across geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Build customer relationships, communicate product value, and represent hirify.global graphics and visualization products at customer sites, conferences, and external venues.
• Align business strategy, sales, and cross-functional partners around market opportunities and shared outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, AEC, or graphics technology leadership.
• 5+ years of experience managing Product Managers and/or Product Owners.
• Deep understanding of graphics and solid modelling.
• Experience leading high-performing teams on large cross-functional and cross-organizational projects.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, uncertainty, communication, presentation, and business strategy skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams, travel up to 25% for work, and familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience building business cases, establishing and tracking business goals, and understanding financial metrics.
• Strong connections to the graphics community.
• Background in the AEC industry.
