Senior Director, Product Management (Mobile AdTech)

Location: Hybrid in Durham, NC; New York, NY; or Austin, TX. Only candidates local to the posting location will be considered.

Salary: $259,000–$310,000 annually, plus equity, performance-based bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for the on-device distribution platform and drive global partner adoption.
• Lead consolidation of the SDK surface into a cohesive, high-performance framework for internal and external use.
• Manage carrier and developer partnerships across distribution strategy, commercialization, and compliance.
• Develop SDK-based security and integrity layers that protect developers and partners from mobile platform risks.
• Build, mentor, and scale a product management team across multiple platform verticals.
• Translate mobile OS policy changes and regulatory developments into proactive product strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in mobile ecosystems, platform distribution, or mobile ad tech, including 3+ years at Director level or above.
• Experience shipping SDK or device-layer products and strong understanding of Android, app distribution mechanics, and OEM dynamics.
• Direct experience managing technical and commercial relationships with major telecom carriers or device manufacturers.
• Knowledge of mobile app compliance, privacy legislation, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams across engineering, commercial, and partner functions.
• Data-driven product development experience with experimentation built into the process.
