Annual salary: $203,000–$377,000 in California, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive product and business growth for digital and mixed-signal verification solutions.
• Own customer-facing strategy, market development, product positioning, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
• Partner with strategic accounts to identify technical and commercial challenges and shape product direction.
• Build value propositions that accelerate adoption from evaluation through enterprise-scale deployment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Applications Engineering, R&D, finance, procurement, and customer stakeholders.
• Support pipeline growth, bookings, adoption, retention, and complex multi-million-dollar growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in electronic design, verification methodologies, EDA solutions, and customer deployment models.
• 7+ years in product management, technical product marketing, solutions strategy, or customer-facing business development for complex enterprise software or EDA portfolios.
• Technical understanding of digital and mixed-signal verification flows from virtual prototyping through verification signoff, including hardware-based and agentic verification.
• Knowledge of AI/ML verification methods and EDA technology, with the ability to position solutions against competitive alternatives.
• Experience leading executive-level customer conversations and enterprise sales processes across discovery, evaluation, procurement, and expansion.
• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. hirify.global does not provide work authorization sponsorship for this position.
