Social Affiliate Specialist (Marketing)

Social Affiliate Specialist (ES/PT) (Social Commerce/Affiliate Marketing): Supporting the execution and growth of social affiliate campaigns for consumer products with an accent on creator partnerships, platform operations, and performance optimisation. Focus on onboarding creators, interpreting affiliate analytics, managing commissions and compliance, and improving scalable partner workflows.

What you will do

• Execute the day-to-day social affiliate programme across key social commerce platforms.
• Identify, onboard, communicate with, and support creators and affiliate partners.
• Assist with affiliate campaigns focused on product visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Monitor platform analytics and internal dashboards, reporting trends and performance insights.
• Manage partner tracking, commission setup, content approvals, compliance checks, and reporting.
• Track social commerce trends and improve affiliate workflows and partner processes.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and Portuguese required.
• At least one year of experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing.
• Understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and content trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Ability to interpret analytics and adjust campaign execution accordingly.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organisational, interpersonal, and commercial skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
