What you will do

• Execute the TikTok Shop affiliate programme by identifying, onboarding, and engaging suitable creators and partners.
• Support affiliate campaigns that increase product visibility, engagement, and sales across the UKI market.
• Build relationships with creators by providing support, performance insights, and creative guidance.
• Monitor affiliate performance through TikTok Shop analytics and internal dashboards, escalating trends and optimization opportunities.
• Manage partner tracking, commission setup, content approvals, compliance checks, and reporting.
• Track TikTok trends, creator opportunities, competitor activity, and improvements to affiliate workflows.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce or consumer brands.
• Understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem and content trends.
• Ability to interpret analytics and adjust campaign execution based on performance data.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and commercial skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, ambitious, and comfortable testing new ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with varied personalities and working styles.
