What you will do

• Execute the TikTok Shop affiliate program in Benelux by identifying, onboarding, and engaging brand-aligned creators.
• Deliver affiliate campaigns designed to drive product visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Maintain close communication with creators, providing support and creative guidance to optimize results.
• Monitor performance using TikTok Shop native analytics and internal dashboards to identify trends.
• Manage administrative tasks including partner tracking, commission setup, and compliance checks.
• Analyze emerging TikTok trends and competitor activity to shape campaign execution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in social media, affiliate, or influencer marketing, ideally within eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem and content trends.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
