What you will do

• Partner with Hub leadership to provide strategic people guidance and execute people plans aligned with business priorities.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle and coordinate with in-market HR teams on compliance and employment contracts.
• Lead performance management cycles, including OKRs, talent mapping, and succession planning.
• Improve core HR frameworks, policies, and central employee databases to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align hiring strategies and workforce planning.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation.
• Experience in creative, digital, or marketing professional services environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple geographies and multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
