What you will do

• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Israel team, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Partner with the recruiting team to accelerate hiring and streamline recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with managers on performance management, promotions, and compensation cycles.
• Coach leadership on feedback conversations, performance improvement, and employee relations.
• Design and deliver manager enablement programs and leadership training.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and build the culture within the office.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in HR, People Partner, or HRBP roles within fast-growing tech startups.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing talent acquisition teams.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience leading performance management and organizational processes.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently and build processes from the ground up.
