HR Business Partner (Energy & Utilities)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding for both bulk and leadership positions.
• Drive employee engagement and reward systems to maintain high performance and morale.
• Oversee talent management, including KPIs, performance appraisals, and personal development plans.
• Implement retention strategies by identifying barriers and conducting exit interviews.
• Handle IR, ER, and discipline management, including representing the company at the CCMA.
• Analyze HR metrics and compile reports for internal and external business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience as a senior HR generalist
• Proven experience in managing a team.
• Deep understanding of Employee Relations, IR, and Performance Management.
• Experience with HR Analytics and job analysis.
