What you will do

• Partner with department heads on org design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Coach managers to improve leadership effectiveness and team engagement.
• Manage employee relations, including complex cases and compliance matters.
• Drive company-wide People initiatives like performance cycles and onboarding redesigns.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy and leveling to maintain high standards.
• Use people data to diagnose attrition and performance trends, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an HRBP in a fast-scaling tech or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience coaching managers and owning end-to-end employee relations.
• Ability to lead company-wide People programs and drive adoption across teams.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into business decisions.
• Courage to push back on senior leadership and manage competing priorities at pace.
