Associate Demand Planner

Location: Hybrid in Alameda, California; willingness and ability to commute to the Alameda office when needed. General office and cleanroom environments; business travel of 0%–10%.

Annual base salary: $75,000–$95,000.

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to understand customer and market demand and develop monthly SKU-level revenue and non-revenue forecasts for near-term and long-term planning.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning and Production to align consensus plans and support timely execution.
• Use ANAPLAN to align marketing forecasts with financial forecasts in collaboration with Corporate Strategy and Marketing.
• Support supply chain readiness for new product introductions.
• Conduct supply chain analytics and manage inventory deployment and service-level requirements for international distribution centers.
• Develop and maintain planning reports and tools using ANAPLAN, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of supply chain experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with supply chain planning processes, including S&OP, demand planning, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems in manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain functional modules.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in office and cleanroom environments, move between buildings and floors, remain stationary while using office equipment for extended periods, and lift or move up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to read, prepare emails, produce documents and spreadsheets, access file cabinets or supplies, and communicate accurate information with employees at all levels.

Nice to have

• APICS, ISM, CPM, CSCP, or CPIM certification.
• Power BI experience.
• SAP knowledge.
• Business intelligence software experience, including Tableau.
• ANAPLAN experience.
