Global Supply Planner - II (Associate)

Location: West Point, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite

What you will do

• Align demand and supply plans for bulk product delivery, receipt and release, and clinical supply packaging, transfer, and distribution.
• Generate and manage activity schedules and maintain business rules and standard cycle times.
• Define metrics, compare performance against benchmarks, monitor change control, and optimize planning processes.
• Coordinate master schedule deliverables with internal and external partners.
• Monitor timelines, stakeholder communications, and schedule adherence.
• Facilitate Scheduler Forums and support cross-functional planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience, or five or more years of equivalent experience without a degree.
• Prior knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas.
• Understanding of cGMPs and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal or no daily supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical development, clinical supplies, or clinical trials.
• Experience with SAP.
• Data analytics and visualization experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, or Power Query.
• Experience with KPI development, dashboarding, Power Automate, or basic scripting.
