What you will do

• Align Demand and Supply Plans for bulk product delivery, receipt, and clinical supply packaging.
• Generate and manage activity schedules while coordinating deliverables with internal and external partners.
• Define metrics, monitor change control, and continuously optimize delivery processes.
• Monitor timelines, track schedule adherence, and facilitate Scheduler Forums.
• Maintain Business Rules and Standard Cycle Times to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Prior knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days/week) in West Point, NY.
• Understanding of cGMPs and ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical development, clinical supplies, or clinical trials.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Strong data analytics capabilities using Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.
• Experience with KPI development and dashboarding.
