Production Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: On-site at the hirify.global plant in Hutchinson, Minnesota, United States. Relocation is not authorized. Travel may include up to 10% domestic travel.

Salary: $74,644–$91,231 expected compensation range, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Analyze demand requirements and create procurement and production schedules.
• Develop and maintain planning processes that align supply with demand and support smooth supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers and business teams to meet service, cost, and inventory targets.
• Lead projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment, and report progress to management.
• Use eMes, PeopleSoft, Factory Planner, Continuous Improvement, and Lean Six Sigma methods to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• Experience in supply chain, transportation and logistics, customer service, or marketing is beneficial.
• Experience with factory systems such as Factory Planner, eMes, or DMPT is beneficial.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Invento, and Microsoft Excel is beneficial.
• APICS CPIM certification or willingness to pursue it, and Lean Six Sigma experience or training, are beneficial.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
