Demand Planner

Location: Hybrid in North Andover, Massachusetts, United States; office attendance required Monday through Wednesday, with remote work available Thursday and Friday.

Salary: $81,000–$87,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Create 12-month rolling demand forecasts for assigned product groups and products.
• Enrich statistical baseline forecasts using input from sales, customers, project management, supply, operations, marketing, finance, and related functions.
• Maintain statistical and demand planning software, ERP data, planning systems, and product hierarchies.
• Analyze historical trends, demand drivers, forecast results, forecast accuracy, inventory impact, and service levels.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders, recommend forecast adjustments, and support actions to close demand and supply gaps.
• Provide input on inventory strategies for existing products, new products, and product phase-outs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in demand management, project planning and scheduling, and/or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in statistics, forecasting, and forecasting methods, including their financial and operational impacts.
• Ability to engage and influence functional leaders and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and stressful conditions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to work in the North Andover office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Anaplan.
• APICS, IBF, or another related certification.
