What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule complex interviews across multiple time zones and seniority levels.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional and seamless experience.
• Maintain the Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate records, job descriptions, and interview plans.
• Manage logistics including room bookings, video links, and travel arrangements.
• Support broader TA efforts such as headcount tracking, reporting, and internal sourcing jams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance candidate experience and team operations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination or operations within a fast-paced technical environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs), Slack, and Greenhouse.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export-controlled information per ITAR/EAR regulations.
