• Design and execute scalable top-of-funnel sourcing strategies and outreach campaigns.
• Build and maintain consistent pipelines to support critical, high-impact hiring needs.
• Leverage data to optimize strategies and evaluate tools to increase engagement effectiveness.
• Collect market data and build a robust network to increase recruitment competitiveness.
• Pivot quickly between different technical disciplines and support diverse roles as priorities shift.
• Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape and competitive market.
• Ability to shift focus between different engineering and production teams.
• Effective spoken and written communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status required to comply with export regulations.
