What you will do

• Build and scale the recruiting engine, including sourcing strategies, structured interview loops, and closing playbooks.
• Own end-to-end recruiting execution for critical technical, scientific, and operational roles.
• Implement evidence-based hiring using scorecards and calibrated debriefs to ensure high-quality hires.
• Manage the full candidate experience from first contact to signed offer.
• Act as the steward of hiring quality and culture, maintaining high standards against pressure for speed or headcount.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth company.
• Proven track record of hiring hard-to-find talent in engineering, hardware, science, and senior leadership.
• Deep fluency in structured, evidence-based hiring, including scorecards and signal-owned loops.
• Strong proactive sourcing and closing instincts for passive candidates.
• Exceptional communication and judgment to operate effectively across technical and executive teams.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for aerospace, robotics, aviation, or other complex multidisciplinary organizations.
• Experience in early-stage or founder-led environments.
• Expertise in designing interview systems and calibration at scale.
• Working knowledge of recruiting analytics and ATS tooling.
• Experience partnering with Finance and People teams on workforce planning and compensation.
