Senior Field Enablement Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead in-person delivery of onboarding curriculum and certify core skills for new hires.
• Organize and facilitate regional hirify.global Academy sessions and influence the global program direction.
• Drive adoption of new tools and AI workflows through weekly best-practice and peer-sharing sessions.
• Analyze sales calls using Gong and Galileo AI to create repeatable coaching frameworks.
• Act as a strategic advisor to regional sales leadership to align enablement with GTM strategy.
• Regionalize global enablement initiatives based on specific market needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, GTM enablement, or revenue coaching.
• Direct B2B sales experience must outweigh sales enablement experience.
• Proven track record of coaching using established frameworks and conversation intelligence tools (Gong preferred).
• Experience in regionalizing global programs for specific local markets.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority and navigate ambiguity.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK
