Location: Miami, FL. Must be based in the US and work from the Miami office at least 3 days a week.

Salary: $114,400 – $183,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with SaaS, BaaS, and payment processors in the LAC region.
• Identify and execute complex, cross-functional deals to diversify revenue and expand the payments ecosystem.
• Create and update sales materials, decks, and value propositions for new verticals across LAC.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams to negotiate and execute partnership agreements.
• Analyze payments landscape trends, including AI, CBDC, Crypto, and embedded finance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience (or an Advanced degree with 2+ years).
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in financial institutions, fintech, or payment processing.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate in complex or ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Portuguese language proficiency.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA, JD, or MD.
