Product Manager (Manufacturing SaaS)

Location: United States; domestic US travel required as needed, approximately 25%

Salary: $143,000–$214,000 per year, plus potential annual incentive and/or long-term incentives

What you will do

• Partner with manufacturing and engineering services businesses to identify operational pain points and digital transformation opportunities.
• Conduct discovery sessions and requirements workshops to understand workflows, business needs, and success criteria.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with software development teams across the product lifecycle, including design reviews and sprint planning.
• Serve as product owner, prioritize the backlog, oversee deployment, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in manufacturing technology, B2B software, or SaaS.
• Experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or engineering services is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success launching and managing digital products from concept through delivery.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user research, and partner management.

Nice to have

• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
• Experience with enterprise change management and solution adoption.
