Salary: $200K – $240K + Equity

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global real estate and workplace strategy to scale the physical footprint from hundreds to thousands of employees.
• Manage end-to-end workplace operations, including office buildouts, relocations, and launches with an uncompromising quality bar.
• Define and shape the physical expression and personality of Baseten spaces, from interior design to office traditions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Workplace Experience team that scales alongside the company's growth.
• Partner with founders and leadership to create an environment that balances scalability with unique brand identity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading Workplace or Employee Experience functions at hypergrowth technology companies.
• Proven track record of scaling office operations from hundreds to thousands of employees across multiple US and international sites.
• Must be based in San Francisco and available to spend the majority of time in the office.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking regarding significant real estate investments and competing priorities.
• Exceptional taste and a hospitality mindset focused on creating intentional and memorable employee experiences.
• Ability to build trust quickly with founders and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
