What you will do

• Proactively manage calendars and task priorities for up to 6 C-suite executives.
• Coordinate complex internal and external meeting logistics and events.
• Support planning for VIP-facing meetings with customers, candidates, and investors.
• Assist with special projects, including international expansion coordination.
• Review, edit, and submit monthly expense reimbursement reports.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across the executive team and organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex calendars and travel logistics.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to operate with discretion.
