What you will do

• Partner with Risk Management, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Risk Operations teams.
• Analyze data to identify operational trends, surface risks, and recommend improvements to decision-making and risk processes.
• Enhance workflows and optimize operational processes to support scalable, efficient risk operations.
• Maintain, test, and refine risk alerts, controls, and operating procedures in response to regulations, fraud trends, and governance requirements.
• Document procedures, support change management, and implement process improvements.
• Track incident remediation activities and coordinate timely issue resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience using data and analytics to solve complex business problems.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or ChatGPT to improve workflows, analyze information, or support operational decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, urgency, and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
• Collaborative, analytical, adaptable, and strong problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States; a state gaming license may be required.
