What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end management of fraud incidents, ensuring timely stakeholder engagement and resolution.
• Support investigations through data collection, intelligence gathering, and detailed root cause analysis.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to assess incidents and drive effective remediation efforts.
• Prepare executive-ready incident summaries, business impact assessments, and reporting materials.
• Identify emerging fraud trends and provide recommendations to improve detection and response capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members on fraud incident management and investigation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fraud investigations, financial crimes, or banking operations.
• Experience with complex fraud types including ATO, payment, wire, ACH, and synthetic identity fraud.
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and payment systems.
• Ability to communicate complex fraud issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.

• Industry certifications such as CFE, CAMS, CFCS, ACAMS, or CISM.
