What you will do

• Lead the strategic account management and revenue performance of a portfolio of Thai fintech and digital banking clients.
• Develop and execute account plans, client investment plans, and growth strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Identify, structure, negotiate, and deliver commercial opportunities across payments, money movement, and value-added services.
• Build executive relationships, represent the client internally, and coordinate risk, marketing, product, operations, and innovation support.
• Monitor fintech, embedded finance, digital banking, and payments trends to identify emerging opportunities.
• Lead and develop one hirify.global Account Executive while collaborating with regional and global account teams.

Requirements

• Extensive sales and account management experience in the payments or technology industry.
• Strong business development, negotiation, commercial, and revenue-growth skills.
• Experience developing and executing strategic account plans.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior client and internal executives.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing team members or teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across local, regional, and global functions.
