What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for premium merchant partners.
• Deliver on revenue targets and drive incremental growth through new product launches.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that align cross-functional teams with merchant needs.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive actionable insights and accountability.
• Shape product and supply roadmaps to expand the local payment network.
• Maintain comprehensive merchant documentation to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital payments or fintech within account management or sales.
• Proven success in managing end-to-end delivery and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise merchant dynamics and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
