What you will do

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Business Development Manager team.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals and market potential.
• Define KPIs and performance targets, track results, and drive overachievement.
• Create structured onboarding, training, and development programs for the team.
• Audit and improve CRM tools, reporting, and pipeline management for better efficiency.
• Manage top-tier partner escalations and support the team with high-value complex deals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry with a focus on sales and BD.
• Deep understanding of trading platforms and competitive market strategies.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
• Must be willing to travel across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
• Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
