What you will do

• Lead the personalization strategy for PlayStation Plus on console and app using telemetry data and UX research.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize the use of personalized merchandising tools.
• Build and maintain intuitive member lifecycle customer journeys, including onboarding and upsells.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering stakeholders to prioritize and develop new personalization features.
• Represent the Experience team in the development of Next-Best-Action journeys across the PlayStation ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in roles focused on optimizing digital customer experiences.
• Experience working with digital products, personalization technology, and customer journey mapping.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from ideation through delivery.
• Data-led mindset with proficiency in Excel for measurement and analysis.
• Strong presentation skills and fluency in PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in San Mateo, CA.
