What you will do

• Build and ship personalized game-discovery experiences across consoles, mobile, and web.
• Analyze market trends, product performance, and collected data to guide product development.
• Define product vision, requirements, roadmaps, technical dependencies, and development timelines.
• Lead cross-functional workshops, UAT sessions, trainings, and stakeholder briefings.
• Design and manage experimentation, analytics, and A/B testing frameworks for product optimization.
• Identify post-production improvements and design automation features to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Four years of relevant experience analyzing market trends and guiding product development.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments and authoring PRDs and technical briefs.
• Experience identifying technical dependencies, managing development timelines, and evaluating product outcomes.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Tableau, and Figma.
• Experience defining A/B testing strategies, operationalizing analytics frameworks, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
