What you will do

• Define and drive the monetization strategy for PS Portal, focusing on software and platform-based revenue growth.
• Identify and execute new revenue opportunities including platform advertising, digital commerce, and gaming-related initiatives.
• Partner with global Product teams in Tokyo and the US to align on product direction, requirements, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across engineering, design, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
• Develop business cases and evaluate tradeoffs between user value, revenue potential, and development costs.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics to monitor performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business strategy, or platform planning.
• Proven track record of defining and executing platform growth strategies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with global teams across regions and time zones.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities to synthesize market and technical factors.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience launching global consumer platforms or gaming hardware/software products.
• Background in strategic or business development functions.
