What you will do

• Lead the personalization strategy for hirify.global Plus on console and app using telemetry data and UX research.
• Build and maintain lifecycle-based customer journeys for member onboarding, upsells, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering stakeholders to define and implement new personalization features.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize user experiences and drive business goals.
• Coordinate with broader hirify.global teams to ensure consistent member experiences across the ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in roles focused on optimizing digital customer experiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with personalization technology and customer journey mapping.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with Product and Engineering teams.
• Data-led mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Mateo, CA.
