What you will do

• Develop and maintain a visually structured merchandising, editorial, and experimentation plan integrating cross-functional priorities.
• Coordinate campaign execution through the full lifecycle: briefs, review cycles, QA, and post-mortems.
• Collaborate with Content, Engagement, and Marketing teams to align and prioritize merchandising efforts.
• Manage evergreen merchandising experiences, including content collections and benefit education pages.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
• Optimize go-to-market processes by integrating learnings from experimentation into daily operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in organizational and planning roles with a focus on driving growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong project management skills and experience with tools such as Wrike.
• Proven record of delivering go-to-market plans for digital campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency with self-serve analytics tools such as Tableau or DOMO.
