What you will do

• Drive end-to-end security and infrastructure initiatives across cloud, IAM, and vulnerability management.
• Manage execution, planning, and program health for critical security programs.
• Partner with leadership to define security strategy and align risk reduction with platform growth.
• Establish durable security primitives including access controls, logging, and incident readiness.
• Decompose ambiguous security and compliance challenges in AI domains into measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional communication and alignment with engineering, GRC, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Experience running security-focused technical programs in fast-growing SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, IAM, IaC, observability, and secure CI/CD.
• Ability to execute through ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
• Experience communicating clearly with senior technical and business leaders.
• Must be based in and work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling security programs in AI-first or data-intensive SaaS environments.
• Exposure to AI risk, data governance, or model-related security.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Certifications in security, cloud, AI, or technical program management.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, or HIPAA.
