Technical Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or Sunnyvale, California, US

Salary: $230,000–$280,000 annually plus bonus; restricted stock units included.

What you will do

• Own execution visibility and operating rhythms across Cloud Infrastructure, including priorities, commitments, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate and unblock initiatives spanning compute, storage, networking, and hirify.global Managed Kubernetes.
• Run Cloud Infrastructure staff meetings, planning cycles, leadership updates, and executive readouts.
• Drive cross-cutting initiatives to outcomes or assign them to clear owners.
• Establish Jira as the source of truth and own Jira, Confluence, dashboards, automation, and execution-health reporting.
• Partner with Cloud Product, Technical Product Management, Chief of Staff, and program management teams on planning and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or technical product roles connected to production systems.
• Experience driving multi-team technical initiatives to committed dates in infrastructure, cloud, or platform organizations.
• Experience designing and rolling out operating cadences or planning models that other teams adopted.
• Strong issue-tracking experience at scale, including Jira adoption or an equivalent migration focused on behavior change.
• Ability to analyze multi-source data, build execution-health queries and reporting, operate autonomously, and communicate clearly in writing.
• Experience working through ambiguity and influencing engineering teams without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, CoreWeave, Lambda Labs, or a similar cloud provider.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, operating-system, distributed-systems, AI/ML infrastructure, or large-scale GPU fleet experience.
• Experience rolling out operating models or planning processes across multiple organizations.
• Working knowledge of Jira automation, Confluence, Grafana, or Sigma.
• Interest in growing the function and managing a small team.
