Senior Analyst, CRM Operations (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid work up to two days remotely per week or on-site five days per week

Salary: $104,000–$156,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Support global commercial Field Veeva CRM platform delivery and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and impact assessments.
• Define and deliver AI solutions within SDLC and ITSM processes, including the use of Copilot Studio and GitHub Copilot.
• Manage backlog prioritization, support UAT and defect tracking, and validate AI-enhanced functionality.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and track sprint goals, risks, dependencies, actions, and blockers.
• Coordinate with global business, IT, vendor, and managed service provider teams while driving CRM operational efficiency and DevOps adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Veeva CRM, in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and functional business analysis skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, backlog management, SDLC, ITSM, and agile delivery tools.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in the Boston, MA area in a hybrid or on-site arrangement.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience implementing AI in CRM systems.
• Expertise in process improvement and data management for AI readiness.
• Agile, DevOps, or ITIL certification.
