What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned facility accounts and distribute workflow to site personnel.
• Supervise scheduling, time-off requests, payroll approvals, staffing coverage, and supply availability.
• Train and evaluate Release of Information Specialists and support remote supervisors with work coordination.
• Monitor productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, revenue goals, and operational performance through dashboards and reports.
• Review medical-record requests, validate authorizations, capture appropriate records, document releases, and maintain chart accuracy.
• Support hiring, counseling, disciplinary recommendations, site evaluations, invoicing, and client communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college is preferred.
• RHIT certification or the ability to pass the required ROI Certification course with a score of at least 85% within 90 days.
• HIPAA privacy standards knowledge is required.
• Effective communication with clients, staff members, and management.
• Experience with medical records or healthcare and medical terminology coursework are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, and ability to travel are required.
