Location: Must be based in and work onsite 4 days per week from a hirify.global office in Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, or New York City

Salary: $107,580 - $321,175

What you will do

• Drive profitable revenue growth and own full P&L accountability (bookings, revenue, margin) for TMT/E clients.
• Identify, shape, and close large, strategic, outcome-based BPO deals.
• Build and manage high-level relationships with senior executives and board members.
• Originate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified BPO opportunities through networking and outreach.
• Lead end-to-end consultative sales cycles, collaborating with global teams to deliver on commitments.
• Leverage TMT/E industry insights to drive transformation opportunities for clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling complex, outcome-based BPO services.
• Demonstrated success in closing consulting and BPO deals and exceeding sales targets.
• Must be able to work onsite 4 days per week from offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, or New York City.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment with strong executive presence.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
