Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Recruit, hire, and coach Business Development Representatives across multiple divisions.
• Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified opportunities.
• Establish and enforce organization-wide lead qualification standards.
• Drive CRM adoption and data integrity within HubSpot to scale sales processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Client Success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or B2B technology sales.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing BDRs or similar roles.
• Proven success in building and managing outbound prospecting programs.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• Experience in GovTech, Public Safety, or Law Enforcement technology sales.
• Background in SaaS and subscription-based software environments.
• Familiarity with government procurement and budgeting processes.
