Lead Associate Operations - Procurement

What you will do

• Coordinate strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFx events, negotiations, and renewals, while tracking plans, milestones, and action items.
• Manage PMO governance, recurring sourcing forums, reporting materials, and intake-to-execution workflows.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Finance, Legal, and internal business teams.
• Track spend, committed and realized savings, procurement KPIs, pipeline coverage, cycle time, and execution performance.
• Improve sourcing and PMO processes, standardize templates and playbooks, and reduce manual effort.
• Support procurement systems, supplier onboarding, contract renewals, approvals, and contract lifecycle tracking.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or PMO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn data into actionable insights.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver on schedule.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail, data accuracy, process consistency, and reliable reporting.
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience standardizing processes and tooling.
