What you will do

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Resolve complex technical queries and make sound, immediate decisions.
• Coach and support junior Technical Advisors to foster team development.
• Serve as a senior point of reference for technical product advice.

Requirements

• Experience providing technical advice within a building or architectural environment.
• Ability to read architects' drawings and understand construction details.
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the telephone.
• Must be based within a commutable distance of the Bristol office.
• Experience mentoring or training others at a senior level.

Nice to have

• AutoCAD experience.
• Qualification or experience in fire protection.
