Salary: $100,000β$115,000 per year.

What you will do
- Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure for the Regional Network Enterprise Center.
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, SONET equipment, servers, SANs, and related network systems.
- Support LAN, WAN, NIPRNET, SIPR, ICAN, and secure communications between Fort Belvoir and government facilities.
- Respond to critical and VIP tickets within two hours and participate in 24/7 on-call network support.
- Implement security patches, antivirus updates, configuration management, access controls, and information assurance procedures.
- Configure CAC and PKI authentication, server certificates, SSL, VPN services, Citrix, and SQL-related network integrations.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- At least three years of relevant network engineering experience.
- Active CCNA Routing and Switching certification and an IAT-II certification, such as Security+ CE, are required at start.
- Bachelorβs degree preferred; equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for collaboration with engineers, government customers, and senior government officials.
