What you will do

• Process medical release of information requests accurately and efficiently through hirify.global software.
• Travel to client locations to provide coverage and complete onsite records processing.
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations.
• Resolve HIPAA-related release issues and maintain confidentiality across client accounts.
• Organize documentation, manage workloads independently, and meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Support customer service, training, and mentoring for new associates.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in a healthcare setting and medical records.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations governing the release of protected health information.
• Ability to pass required background, drug, health, and client access screenings.
• Valid insurance and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel as needed.
• Computer literacy, including desktop computers, scanners, and Microsoft Office; detail orientation and independent work skills.
