Salary: $210,000–$225,000

What you will do

  • Provide executive management and strategic direction for all case management and social work activities.
  • Develop and implement action plans aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to integrate services across the care continuum.
  • Monitor quality of care and ensure adherence to JCAHO, federal, and state regulatory standards.
  • Formulate and revise administrative policies and procedures for case management.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards regarding protected health information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • New York State Licensed Registered Professional Nurse.
  • Minimum 10 years of acute care clinical experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of case management leadership experience.
  • Certification in Case Management and Patient Review Instrument (PRI).
  • Strong understanding of CMS Conditions of Participation and HIPAA regulations.

Nice to have

  • Certification in Hospital Management.
