Tech Enablement and Adoption Strategist (AI)

Location: 900 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, United States. External candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global location.

What you will do

• Administer ChatGPT, the OpenAI platform, and other approved AI tools, supporting onboarding, access coordination, and employee questions.
• Design and deliver customized AI enablement sessions for individuals, teams, and functional groups.
• Create guides, demos, prompt examples, FAQs, playbooks, and other asynchronous learning resources.
• Track AI platform updates and translate new capabilities into practical use cases and educational materials.
• Build lightweight prototypes, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that improve workflows and productivity.
• Collect employee feedback, identify adoption barriers, and recommend improvements to training, documentation, and platform experience.

Requirements

• Experience in technology enablement, product adoption, technical training, solutions consulting, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain AI tools to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, large language models, enterprise SaaS platforms, automation tools, APIs, or lightweight prototyping.
• Experience creating training materials, enablement content, documentation, demos, or educational resources.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for individual, small-group, and large-team sessions.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs, adoption patterns, feedback loops, and measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, the OpenAI platform, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Salesforce Agentforce, or similar AI platforms.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, technology governance, privacy, or security.
• Experience with technology change management or enterprise-wide adoption programs.
• Experience building demos, prototypes, or internal tools with low-code, no-code, or developer-oriented platforms.
