Salary: $176,000 – $240,000 OTE.

What you will do

• Diagnose customer finance workflows through stakeholder interviews and deep dives.
• Translate complex qualitative requirements into actionable product briefs and solution designs.
• Partner with engineering and AI teams to implement and deploy AI-powered workflows.
• Synthesize customer feedback into reusable product patterns and scalable opportunities.
• Quantify business impact and guide executives through AI adoption and change management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, NY.
• Strong background in corporate finance, controllership, or finance operations.
• Experience translating finance requirements into system design (ERP, procurement, expense management).
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and frame complex problems into clear systems.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products, automation, or applied ML concepts.
• Basic technical proficiency with data concepts, SQL, and system integrations.
