AI Solutions Analyst

Location: United States; remote role

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate client requirements sessions and discovery workshops.
• Translate policy and operational workflows into structured requirements and deliverables.
• Design AI-enabled solutions, use cases, workflows, and evaluation test sets.
• Analyze error rates, false positives and negatives, and failure-mode distributions to diagnose system performance.
• Iterate on prompts and instructions for LLM-based systems in partnership with technical leads.
• Support process design, cross-workstream coordination, and broader program operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or Consultant.
• Strong communication and client-facing workshop experience.
• Knowledge of basic statistics, including sample sizes, error rates, false positive/negative analysis, and distributions.
• Hands-on production or near-production experience iterating prompts and instructions for LLM-based systems.
• Understanding of AI behavior, agentic workflows, system architecture, data flows, APIs, integrations, model tradeoffs, and cost constraints.

Nice to have

• Public-sector or compliance-driven program experience.
• Familiarity with RAG and multi-agent workflows.
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock or Azure.
• Knowledge of AI risks, responsible AI practices, and governance frameworks.
