Training and Development Solution Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in San Diego, California, United States; regular presence is required for in-person work-related events, trainings, and meetings. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Base annual salary: $82,875–$124,313.

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of learning and knowledge management solutions.
• Develop deployment and adoption plans, track milestones, and lead cross-functional meetings to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and create business reports and learning solution proposals.
• Manage employee competency assessments, gap analyses, and gap-closure plans.
• Support organizational development programs for the San Diego, Cymer, and Korea factories, including onboarding, cross-training, and competency improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning and Logistics, Operational Excellence, and Learning and Knowledge Management stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct work experience and project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel formulas, data visualization, and pivot tables.
• Experience with computer applications including Word, PowerPoint, email, LMS, SharePoint, and scheduling tools.
• Ability to lead initiatives, analyze data, influence stakeholders, manage risks, and solve complex problems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and eligibility to access controlled technology under U.S. export regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Learning Management Systems for training programs, classes, surveys, and dashboard reporting.
• Experience in organizational or technical training environments.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical industries.
