Salary: $82,875 – $124,313

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and improvement of Learning and Knowledge Management solutions.
• Build and maintain a network of stakeholders to ensure key deliverables and adoption plans are on track.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and create detailed project plans, including milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage employee competence assessment programs, including gap assessments and closure plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics to drive continuous improvement in training.
• Represent the Training and Development team in cross-sector project meetings and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct work experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (formulas, data visualization, pivot tables).
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Background in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical industries.
• Experience working in organizational or technical training environments.
